Refund policy

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is faulty or you have received the wrong product. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please email photos of the item to kickstashh@gmail.com before requesting an exchange. Alternatively, you can exchange your item in store if the sizing was incorrect within 7 days of delivery at our Sydney location, provided it meets the above conditions.
